It's possible you are entering the code into the wrong software, which is why it doesn't accept your activation. Don't worry, let me help you. Please send me a private message together with your device’s serial number and a picture/screenshot of the error message you receive when entering the activation code. You can upload the picture/screenshot to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set with sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
