It says the license code has been used. How do I get a new code? I reset my PC and performed a uninstall and reinstall.

Is this the first time that you activated your 7.1 Surround Sound? If yes, please request for your 7.1 Surround activation code by going to this link. Just send me a PM if you have any other concerns.
