Hello! On September 5, 2026, I purchased a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones from an online marketplace. The box was supposed to contain a code to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature, but it was missing. When I tried to register the product, the website indicated that it had already been registered. Could you please advise me on what to do? When I received the headphones, I checked the condition of the box and all the seals, and everything looked fine.
