Hello. I received a birthday present and realized that in order to receive a code for 7.1 Surround, there must be an activation code upon receipt of the purchase ... But the one who bought me the gift no longer has the receipt. I have a Razer BLA CKSHARK V2 PRO, and I am searching for the 7.1 activation code, but can't find it. I have checked the site, and it tells me that I need to register my product to RazerID, which i did, but nothing is happening at this point. How can I get my activation code ? In addition, because I gave up, I bought a digital code for your software THX through your website for $ 20 through our USHOPS service in Israel, which helps to make a purchase through the United States, and I received an activation code for the software in the email. The code I received on purchase does not let run. Thank you for help.

    The code should be sent via email within 1-3 business days from the date of your registration. The service you've used is not a recommended way to purchase the THX Spatial Audio code knowing that the software is only available in the US. Please send me the following: a. The email address that is associated to your Razer ID b. The Razer Blackshark V2 Pro's serial number. b. The error message while activating the THX Spatial Audio c. The source of the THX Spatial Audio code. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
