While scraping the code on the card, I accidentally scraped letters and numbers, so I can't access the interface and the computer doesn't identify the headset I just bought.

You have the analog version of Blackshark V2 X (with mini-jack, not USB plug), to it’ll be NOT availalbe in Synapse, because it uses analog signal, instead of digital signal (USB).
