Hello, I purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2024 model a few months ago. However, when I try to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature, I can't access the activation code required for the application. I entered my serial number on the website, but the code it provided was still incomplete.

You don't need to activate 7.1 Surround Sound because the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro uses THX Spatial Audio, which is preinstalled when you use it with the Razer Synapse through the Hyperspeed Wireless Dongle only.

I installed the Synapse program, but I can't connect my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2024 device in any way — it doesn't show up.

Thank you for your response. I have one more question — I installed the Synapse program, but it doesn't detect or connect to my device. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

To be honest, I encountered this myself after installing Synapse 4, but I can only advise you to use a transceiver, then it will recognise the headphones.

I see. Currently, both my mouse and headset are working with a dongle, so it might not be recognizing the headset because of the mouse. Thank you — I’ll try it tonight.

I've responded to your PM. Upon checking your device compatibility, I found that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro for PlayStation doesn't come with the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code and is not supported on Razer Synapse. However, you can customize the headset's profile and EQ using Razer Audio app on your mobile device. Please check out this article for your furture reference. All the best!
