Hello Razer Support,
I recently attempted to register my Razer headset in order to receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. However, I received a message stating that “This product is already registered.” I have not registered this device before, and I believe this may be an error or the product was previously registered without my knowledge.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and help me retrieve the activation code? I can provide the serial number and proof of purchase if necessary.
