Subject: Serial Code Issue & Community Post Removal Request

Hello Razer Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my Razer headset and request your assistance with two matters:

1. Missing/Unreadable Serial Code: The serial/product code on my device has become unreadable or erased, which is preventing me from registering the product. I have not misused the product in any way.

Product details:

  • Product: [: Razer KRAKEN X ]
  • Place of purchase: [saudia/Online]

2. Community Post Removal: I also have some older posts in the Razer Community that contain product images with visible serial numbers. Due to privacy concerns, I would like to request that you help me remove or delete these posts, as I'm unable to delete them directly through the platform.

I kindly request:

  • Help me retrieve or re-issue my product serial code for registration
  • Please remove my older community posts that contain sensitive product information
  • Please contact me via private message on my Razer account to securely share the serial number and discuss the post removal
