7.1 activation code is not working
Hello,
I just bought a new razer kraken from amazon and it arrived today. I just wanted to try out my new headset and installed the 7.1 surround sound software from the official website. When I tried to use the activation code, the program just says "Der Lizenzcode ist ungültig" (I'm german) / The license code is invalid, which can't be, because I scratched the code free and checked several times to see if I had entered a number or a letter incorrectly. What should I do about that?

bitshareEggplant708Ensure that you are activating the 7.1 Surround Sound code to its app, not on the THX Spatial Audio and vice versa. Also, some users have interchanged the letter O with zero, the number 1 for the letter I, and the letter J for either the number 1 or the letter I. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns. Update: Stellar news! I was able to decipher the scratched-off part of the code. The Surround Sound app has now been activated. Don't hesitate to send me a ping should you need another assistance.
