I accidentally erased the last 4 digits of the activation code for my headset, I’ve entered the s/n to get a new one but it says that the activation code for this model is not available and Im stuck in a loop, can you help me please?

That's a bummer. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and your Razer ID to check the activation status. Thanks!
