A friend of mine bought me the kraken x lite headset from a local store (not second hand or anything), I’m having trouble finding the activation code for 7.1 surround sound? I don’t think its in the packaging and when I try registering the product I dont know whether to use my name or my friends name and info + which address I should use since I didnt have the product shipped to me.

You can use your name in registering the headset. Once done, the activation code will be sent via email. Make sure to check your inbox, spam or junk folder. Feel free to reach out via PM along with your headset’s serial number if you need further assistance.
