7.1 Activation Code was Damaged

Hello, I was gonna use my Activation Code to activate 7.1 Surround Sound app, but when I scratched the silver thing a lot of the paper holding the code was scratched off making the code unreadable. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to activate it?

    Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format. We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~
    • Name
    • S/N
    • P/N
    • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
    • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
    • Photo of the damaged Activation Code

    Had the same problem... I also accidentally scratched the code....
