I don't have an activation code. It hasn't arrived in my email. Is there a problem with my product? I downloaded synaps 4 and I can't set up my headphones. This part was there before but it's not there anymore.

It doesn’t require any activation code.

Problem is the synapse now - cuz it doesn’t load the Blackshark V2 Pro tab properly. I’d recommend doing clean synapse reinstall:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Still the same, nothing changed, I deleted it and reinstalled it and restarted it.
