7.1 audio not working

ive followed the instructions for the kraken tournament edtion to use the 7.1 surround sound but theres 0 audio output. ive also reinstalled the software that came in the came in the box and the output devices it gives me are all greyed out saying "configure this device in synapse". any suggestions to fix this?

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to configure my Kraken but its greyed out and says I need to configure it on synapse. It tells me to configure on Synapse but I can't find where I can do it.
