Hi, I recently bought a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones. When I try to get my 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, the system says the serial number is already registered by another user. I am attaching photos of the box label and my purchase receipt to prove I am the current owner. Please help me activate the 7.1 sound on my account (Removed email) . S/N: (Removed) P/N: RZ04-03240100-XXXX

The error message suggests that the serial number is already linked to another account. I recommend reaching out to the reseller to request a replacement. For future purchases, make sure to buy your Razer devices from authorized dealers, which can be found here. If you need more help, feel free to PM me your device's serial number and store invoice for validation. Kindly upload the document to Google Drive and set the access to 'Public' or 'Anyone with the link.' Take care!
