May get some assistance with the following?
Using my Razer Mano'war headphones, the 7.1 Surround options are missing and only 2.0 channels are available.
I have the following configuration.
- Mano'war 7.1
- Synapse 2.21
- Driver 13.48.11.63 1/5/2016
- Windows 10 20H2 19042.662
Within the Sound Control Panel
- The 'Configure' option is grayed out
- Levels only show left and right
- Advanced only offers 2 channels
Troubleshooting attempts.
- Changed USB ports
- Uninstall and Reinstall Synapse
- Remove and re-add within Device Manager
- Update Drivers within Device Manager
- Windows Update
- etc.
Any suggestions that I've not tried would be much appreciated.
