 hi after  a windows change i cant active my 7.1 it says active code already been used what i must do?

Regarding your inquiry, please be advised that the activation code can only be used once and will be tied to your Razer ID. This allows you to install the 7.1 Surround Sound software on any system and keep your license. Should you need further assistance, PM me your headset serial number and the email address associated with your account so I can verify if there's a code allocated to it. ​​​​​
