7.1 doesn't launch

After purchasing Barracuda x and registering the product, after running the installation file of the 7.1 surround app, there is no response. (Login screen does not appear) A shortcut to the 7.1 Surround Sound app has been created on the desktop, but nothing happens when I launch it

Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to uninstall it and then reinstall the 7.1 Surround Sound software. You can also restart your PC and check for OS updates. Feel free to send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number if you need further assistance.
