hello

i recently purchased brand new raser black shark v2 x headset when i attempted to activate the 7.1 surround sound software usin the code provided in thé box irecived message saying the product is already registered and  iam sure that this headset is new and unused please assist me in obtaining a new activation cod

    I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number HN2121D13402718 was registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed. Where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM so I can check for options.
