What’s the model of your headset? If you have a device from this list, it should be compatible with 7.1 Surround Sound. Also, you can verify if you are activating the code to the correct application. There are users who are trying to establish 7.1 Surround Sound code to THX Spatial Audio and versa. On the other hand, some register the 7.1 Surround Sound code to our legacy software named Surround Sound Pro. Otherwise, you can request a code here.
