7.1 problem

My operating system does not detect the 7.1 kraken x lite software to select it as a default device, previously it worked and appeared but today it stopped appearing as an option Please somme help me idk if i need reinstall all again i doit 3 times instaling and nothing

Please perform the steps below and see if it helps: Disable VPN: 1. On the start screen, type Control Panel. 2. Press Enter. 3. Select Network and Internet. 4. Select, Setup a new connection or network 5. Select Next. 6. On the left side of the Network and Sharing Center, select Change Adapter Settings. 7. Right-click your network connection. 8. Select Properties. 9. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6. 10. Un-check the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/iPv6) box. 11. Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
