I activated my code one year ago and it was working without any problems. Now 7.1 sound stopped working and after I reinstalled razer sound application they are saying that I never activated any code. I don't have my box or code anymore because as I said it was one year ago when I bought headphones from the store and activated the code. I have Blackshark V2 headphones..
