I'm contacting you because I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I've lost the purchase receipt.
When I try to register the product with my Razer ID, it asks for proof of purchase to obtain the 7.1 sound activation code, which I unfortunately don't have.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me obtain the code, as I physically possess the product and can send photos as proof if necessary.
