Hi guys, I have a question about the 7.1 sorround sound application for razer. I have a Kraken X Mercury. I bought it this February, I downloaded the 7.1 SS app and for the first time it worked just fine. Then i reinstalled Windows on my PC two times, after the first time, I couldn't use my activation code anymore. It said that this code has been already used. What can I do to get that code back? I don't think it's quite fair that these codes are usable only one time since I bought the original productand I paid for it. Please respond to this, and help me. Thank you in advance!

    The 7.1 Surround Sound code is can be used again. Ensure that you are logged in using the same Razer ID/email address in the application if you want to make the software activated. Please keep in mind that the code allocation is a one-time deal and will be tied up to the initial Razer ID where the headset is registered. I’ll be locking this thread now.
