 bought Kaira X headphones and registered the product on the Razer website but until now i have not receive the 7.1 sound activation code. The only thing I received was an email confirming my successful product registration. My email is : ngothieukhang@gmail.com. I also tried going to this link to request a new code: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/surround-sound/index. the system said “A copy of the activation code was sent to X” But still not received the code . Can you guy check for me? Thank you very much and merry

Try self request new code here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6052/kw/activation%20code/ code will show directly on the website, instead of being sent via email.

Upon checking, the 7.1 Surround Sound  surround Sound activation code was link to your Razer account on January 8, 2025. Please check your email inbox or spam folder for the activation code. Feel free to PM me if you need further help. All the best!
