7.1 was activated and was working perfectly fine until I tried the THX demo. Once I tried this demo I could not hear any sound on my 7.1 ss. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the 7.1ss app as well as the THX spatial audio apps. Neither of these solutions have fixed my issue. I am unsure why my 7.1 surround sound still isn't working as the app has a caution triangle sign next to it when i enable 7.1 surround sound. I hope someone could help me work out what's wrong.
