7.1 Suerround sound code is unvalid

Hi, i received my blackshark v2 X about 3 days ago, i did everything to get a code for the 7.1 surround sound, got my code via email and put it on the 7.1 software but says:''the code is unvalid'', what can i do? Can i get a new code?
