Hello, I bought a Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 model on 14.07.2023 and I came home with joy, tried the headset and the sound is incredibly bad, then I installed the latest version with the help of the computer, again, I tried the volume at the maximum with the weak left button key, in every way, the device performed very badly. by the way i used the device with ipad and i am very disappointed with bluetooth
