i bought kraken v3 x headphones and there is no actication 7.1 code when i put it in the registation product its says there is a problem in the serial number is in the “o” or “0” or “1” and “i” and when i talked to one of the support it just says go to a real resellers and im from iraq there is no razer shop or resellers in iraq i bought it from a famous store in iraq that sell gaming stuff and the store ship it from another countres and the headphone is real and connect to the razer app but wont resgister in the product how is there a way to proof its real like a photo for the case or anything so i can get the code. why i would buy a 20 dollar code that i must get it for free from my headphones ):
