So, in 2023 i bought the Blackshark White Edition Headset, and i activated the 7.1 Surround, back that was so long ago that i changed up pcc, and time passed by and i forgot i had this 7.1 surround thing. Today i tried to get it, but the activation code was not working for some reason, i´m logged in on the same account that contains the headset is registered, i have both serial number and the proof of purchase but is just me with the headset on and hanging the box of the headset. I tried receiving a new code from the email and it worked, but once i tried to put on 7.1 it doenst work saying that “License code has already been used”. Again, i´m logged on my account which is weird. Any help pls?
