7.1 surround Activation Code Already Registered to Another Account

I recently purchased a Razer headset, and when I tried to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software, I received an error saying the activation code has already been registered to another Razer ID account.

 

I believe the product was previously used and returned, and I unknowingly received it with an already used code.

 

The code does not work with my own Razer ID, and I cannot access the software.

 

Could you please help me get a new activation code? I can provide proof of purchase, product serial number, and photos if needed.

Where did you purchase your headset? For the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, please check the scratch card that came with your device, as indicated here. If the code has already been used or the card is missing, I suggest reaching out to the reseller to take advantage your warranty.
