7.1 surround Activation code not getting Mailed

I had created a similar thread yesterday which was closed, and I was asked to send a PM to a support staff which I did and have not received a reply, it has been over 15 hours. Purchased a Blackshark V2X USB yesterday, registered it, tried generating a code through self-service it did not work. Please help.
