I bought a Blackshark V2 with a USB sound card a year and a half ago. At the time I was playing on PS4 so 7.1 was useless to me but now I have moved to PC and I would like to take advantage of it but in the meantime I have moved and I no longer have access to this famous code.
So I registered the product on Razer.com to obtain a new code but it states that the Blackshark v2 is not compatible with 7.1. However, when purchased it was clearly marked that if

They marked, that it’s THX Spatial compatible. Which is available through Synapse without any activation.
After checking the forum, I noticed that many people have the same problem as I do.

.., but spatial audio modes + spatial calibration tool are gone - they were there before the downgrade. The sound quality is problem number one - the spatial calibration tool where you were able add custom game profiles is the second.
