hey!! 

in the past i had same problem i bought a kraken v2 pro and i cant use the code becuase of (invalid code)

and now same problem …

this was my old code (Removed for security purposes.)

and this is my new razer headset s/n: (Removed for security purposes.)

i make my pc format and i delete everithing and now problems comes bcs i log in to surround
