7.1 Surround Code Already Used
I purchased the Razer Kraken TE from amazon yesterday and it arrived today, however while setting it up the code that came with the headset had already been used. Do I need to obtain a new code?

As far as I know, the Kraken TE does not come with a 7.1 surround sound code since it has THX Spatial Audio support on Synapse 3.0. That said, send me the serial number of your headset, a photo of the scratch card, and a screenshot of the error message.
