Hello,

I just received a Barracuda X Chroma headset. I registered the product on my Razer account and received the confirmation email. However, I never received the activation code for the 7.1 Surround. I checked all my messages, but I'm sure I didn't receive anything. (My headset is new, so no code could have been received before.)

Please send me a PM with your headset's serial number and proof of purchase. This will allow me to verify your details and assist you effectively.
