I've been playing around with this sound for a while now, but when I bought the headphones, I forgot about their existence and stupidly threw away the box. If there's an option to play without the product number, I can provide proof that I have these headphones.

I’m here to help! Please send me a PM with your headset’s serial number located under the left ear cushion so I can verify the exact model. In the meantime, if your product was bundled with a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, please try requesting a new code here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6301.
