7.1 surround ist not working

hi i have a blackshark v2x i activated the code etc… but the sound is not working when i switch to 7.1 sound the sound is lagging the whole time and i cant hear anything i tried to update the driuvers etc but nothings working

Bro how you activet the 7.1 surrond sounds it's tell me alredy registered why?? Please help

Have you set 7.1 Surround Sound as default playback device as detailed from this article? If yes, can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing?
