I bought the same model and got a voucher with an activation code but it says "The 7.1 Surround Sound code for this model is not available, please click here to contact customer support."
once I click the here button it takes me back to entering the product S/N leaving me in an endless loop!

Blackshark V2 comes with THX Spatial, which is available through Synapse 3 software (Audio -> Mixer tab). No activation needed.

You need to register your headset with your RazerID account, then you'll receive activation code on email.
