So, I got a new Razer tournament edition today, and surprise...scratching off the thing to reveal the key, some of the letters got scratched off too, making it somewhat unreadable. Any guess as to what is says comes up as 'invalid'.



I go to the website to get a key sent to me, use the serial number...and it's telling me the device isn't eligible for a key? Despite the fact that it came with one? What the eff do I do now?
