I recently purchased a Black Shark V2 x headset, but when I tried to add it to my products, it said this code has already been used on another device. What should I do?

Sorry to hear about that. May I ask where you purchased the headset? Have you already tried reaching out to seller for a replacement or refund? If the device is already registered under another account, we’re unable to remove the previous registration or issue a new activation code for that unit. Please note that products bought from non-authorized sellers may sometimes be used, re-boxed, counterfeit, defective, or gray market units. Feel free to PM me if you need further assistance.
