I'd like to contact Razer, but I don't know how to do it. They adress me to ask on the forum.
So, I bought a Kraken Essential some years ago and when I registered it I received an Activation Code to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software. Due to windows update I had a problem with the sound, so I had to uninstall the Razer software then reinstall it. I looked for the e-mail where I've received the code, and there it reads that the activation is associated to the account, to the Razer ID. That said, it shoud be work, but when I iniciate the software(latest version) it requires from me a new activation code, and I've put again, but it doesn't work. So I don't know what to do. I've bought it and I can't enjoy the software anymore. Can someone help me?
