so i just bought a kraken headset and it just arrived and i was excited to try them i saw the code card in the package downloaded the app scratched the code and it says its already been used anyone know what to do ?

it should be in the box of the headset but from what i read some headsets have it implemeted and just need to be activated from razer synapse
but in my box no have this code...
@SkYppiE. Please send me the serial number, a photo of the scratchcard, and a screenshot of the error message. I can use those to submit a code generation request on your behalf. You can upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link.
