so i just bought a kraken headset and it just arrived and i was excited to try them i saw the code card in the package downloaded the app scratched the code and it says its already been used anyone know what to do ?

    Where i can find my Activation Code to use Surround 7.1? I'm already registred... But i don't have this code. My Phone is the Razer Kraken X USB

    it should be in the box of the headset but from what i read some headsets have it implemeted and just need to be activated from razer synapse

    @SkYppiE. Please send me the serial number, a photo of the scratchcard, and a screenshot of the error message. I can use those to submit a code generation request on your behalf. You can upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. @Taupeheadvoice835 Please send me the serial number so I can verify the model. I can use that to check if the headset is eligible for an activation code. By the way, was this purchased as brand new or an open box type of deal? *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
