Why am I stuck with this page? It doesn't show me the box to enter my code. Can someone tell me how to fix this please?
Same! I tried all these and it still didn't work!

1. reinstall

2. restart computer

3. different login



When I look at the debug file from 7.1 surround sound file, it says

[0630/200613.661:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)

whenever login failed.

Are you guys connected to a home network and using a personal computer? Make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps. Also, ensure run all available Windows updates and install the latest Windows .NET Framework. Should the issue persists, send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 via PM.



Please note that you will want to perform a clean installation if this is happening after reinstalling the app. Make sure that you remove all the files, including the ones in the Registry.
