I have the razer kraken i have the surround sound installed but it doesnt open and cant put in the actvation key. I have reinstalled have every driver updated and reinstalled windows already

    You mean no errors and the app is not starting? Try uninstalling MS Visual C++ runtimes if you have installed, check if you have .net 4.8 installed (if not install, if older - update it).
