how to request a new code? i accidentaly unistall na 7.1 surround sounds then when i enter the code it say license already use. then i search about it to razer then i click the request a new code then the code they sent me still the same the one i use before always came license already use and the code still remain nothing changes. please help me

Instead typing your used code, just login in 7.1 Surround app.
