Hello,

         I just bought the product on 19th May but I can't use the surround sound system. It just says that “ A session is currently active on another system. Only one session per account is allowed “ . I only use one laptop to do my work and no other device. What do I do?

I’m here to help. Please PM me you device serial number and the email address associated with your headset so I can verify its model. Kindly note that the 7.1 Surround Sound no longer allows multiple logins. If you log in to a different computer make sure to logout first and test if the same error happens. Thanks!
