I have bought a razer black shark v2 x used and the activation code is related to an email but I forgot the email what can I do?

Do you still have the scratch card with the activation code? You can try using that to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound. If the code has already been used or if the card is missing, unfortunately, we cannot request a new code for your headset. Thank you!
