My Razer 7.1 Surround Sound is not working properly. Even after selecting "Realtek(R) Audio (Headphones)" as the output device in the Razer app and setting "Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)" as the Windows default playback device, I’m not getting any sound.
I've tried reinstalling drivers, disabling other audio apps (such as Nahimic), and matching sample rates, but nothing works.
Please advise how I can resolve this issue.
