I bought the headphones new, but when I try to enter the serial number, it says it's already in use. Is there a way to help?

Let me check your device. Please PM me your headset’s serial number and attach a clear copy of the store invoice and upload it to Google Drive, then set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so I can access the file. I need this information to check the product information. All the best!
